DNV provides access to the portal for one employee of your company. This user will then be registered as so called „Company Administrator”.
For the registration we need the full name and e-mail address of this employee and we will link it to your company data in our system.
Please note, that you need to allow pop-ups in your web browser. In addition, it might be necessary that your IT Department allows access to our domain dnv.com.
After successful log-in your dashboard with pre-selected functionalities opens. Details are described below.
The „Company Administrator“ is able to provide access to the DNV Customer Portal for other users and maintain these users. They are also responsible to remove users, if necessary.
New users may be registered as normal users or as admin user.
We recommend registering at least one additional admin user for your company.

The Approval Finder is a list of all Approval Certificates, issued by DNV.
The Approval Finder offers several search and filter options.
You may also export the search results to an Excel file.
When you select a certificate from the list, you will get detailed information and you may also download a copy of a public version of this certificate.

With „Add service“ you open the portfolio of portal functionalities, that you might be interested in.
For CMC/VMC-Customers the service “Secure File Transfer” might be interesting. This tool can be used for the safe transmittal of large files to DNV.
